چکیده
The combination of super-resolution microscopy and synthetic fluorescence probes has emerged as a universal tool to monitor dynamic biological events at the nanometer scale. However, limited site-specificity fluorogenicity fluorescent make it still difficult realize long-term imaging. Herein, we introduce aggregation mediated SNAP-tag fluorogenic probe, BGAN-Aze, which can specifically bind various fusion proteins with 41-fold enhancement. equilibrium between non-fluorescent aggregate/dimer (A–D) monomer (M) BGAN-Aze acts an effective method reduce background endow capability conducting washing-free imaging intracellular extracellular proteins.
